The process to prepare paneer mutter biryani For paneer mutter mixture 1) On a medium flame heat a non-stick pan. Then dry roast the onions for around 2 minutes on medium flame. Sprinkle some water if they start burning. 2) Then add ginger-green chilli paste, chilli-garlic paste along with a tablespoon of water and dry roast for a minute on medium flame. 3) Then add tomato pulp, garam masala, chilli powder, kasuri methi and sugar. Mix well and saute for 1 – 2 minutes on medium flame. 4) Then add ¼ cup of water and continue to cook for 2 minutes. 5) Then add green peas, paneer and salt. Mix them gently and further cook for a minute and keep aside. For onion brown rice 1) Dry roast the onion for 2 minutes in a non-stick pan until the onions turn golden brown. 2) Then add brown rice and salt. Mix them well and cook for a minute. 3) Make 2 portions of the rice and keep aside. Final process 1) Take a baking glass bowl and spread a portion of rice at the bottom. 2) Then spread the paneer mutter mixture. 3) Then spread another layer of rice. 4) Cover using a lid and bake in pre-heated oven at 200-degree celsius for around 10 minutes. 5) Paneer mutter biryani is ready. Serve immediately.
