The street food from North India is delicious and spicy treats which you could simply find in each corner and nook of our country. While we are talking about street food, Ram Laddu is that kind of recipe which people like to eat in Northern India. The street food dish is made by the chana dal, moong dal, green chutney and grated radish and tastes amazingly yummy.
Step 1) To start with, soak the moong dal and chana dal in water the whole night & drain the water the very next morning. Now, drop the soaked dals alongside ginger, cumin seeds, salt, asafoetida, green chilli. Step 2) Blend them finely & then keep the mixture beside in a vessel, it would turn out to be a soft batter. Now, place a kadai over a moderate flame & heat oil into it. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, Take a tbsp of the mixture & deep fry them. When, they become golden brown in colour, switch off the flame. Step 3) To coat the Laddu, take sperate vessel & combine grated radish, coriander leaves, lemon syrup & black salt in it. Take out the fried balls from the vessel. Coat them up with the mixe in the 2nd vessel. Step 4) Have the Ram Laddus hot along with the green chutney.
